Great product, slimline and does not take up much space. I purchased this for my Mum and she finds it very easy to use. Best of all is the ease of filling her cup safely.
The hot water dispenser is simply great. It’s used continually throughout the day and even simple enough for the teenage grandchildren to make their own drink which saves time.

Perfect for small household. Makes a perfect cup of tea. I did buy a small mug to match for larger amounts( eg cooling veg or filling a hottie)
Arrived quickly works as stated looks neat on workspace only 2 slight changes i would make faster flow of water and cup sizes are not accurate i use a mug small is not enough and med to much have to stop it but still worth buying
Great machine. I love the fact that its slim and fits my unit perfectly Works great . I can now make myself a cup of tea during the night. It only boils one cup at a time so saves on electricity too. It has a small medium or large size cup option and temperature control. What's not to love.
Took over a month to arrive which was disappointing but the product is great, use it at work every day.
Minimalist appearance looks great. Simple easy to use functions and easy to fill water resevoir. Very pleased, thank you.

I have arthritis in my hands and find lifting a kettle awkward but with this water heater I have no trouble as just have to lift my cup. It fills the cup so fast, no waiting for a kettle to boil, and you can select how hot you want the water. Would definitely buy again.

Good purchase BUT I bought it for the 150ml cup size setting but it doesn't have that cup size, 200ml is the smallest
I ordered a second one for half price and got a clock instead which I didn't order
It's perfect for me as I have arthritis in my hands. The temperature is great when at high and cup setting are good once you figure out what setting you want. Would definately recomend it.
